Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information before payment, after you request a commission I will assume you read and agree with my terms.
If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
This commission is for PERSONAL use only.
CREATOR RIGHTS
🌸I reserve the rights to upload the finished artwork to my social media with a watermark, this is for the purpose of advertising and for reference for future clients. If you want the commision to be private please let me know before starting the commission.
🌸I have the right to reject any orders I don’t feel comfortable with.
🌸Prices are final, please don’t negotiate my prices.
PAYMENT
🌸The currency must be in usd or mxn
🌸Prices may vary depending on the complexity or how detailed you want the piece to be.
🌸The payment can be 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after the first sketch is accepted, I will not start or continue a piece until the payment is done.
🌸The payment is through Paypal, you pay the fee.
🌸Do not pay me before I accept the commission.
🌸All sales are final, there are no refunds.
🌸If I’m not able to complete your commission for any reason I will notify you and refund your money.
🌸Any extra character will have an extra charge of 50%
PROCESS
🌸My drawing process is: sketch ▶ lineart ▶ color ▶ final details
🌸I will need you to provide a detailed description of the commission as well as clear references. Please be specific when asking.
🌸When the first payment is done I will start working on the sketch for the commission, during the sketch phase there are no change restrictions.
🌸If you payed only 50% upfront then the other 50% must be paid once you accept the sketch, I won’t continue working until the payment has been processed in my Paypal.
🌸Once the sketch is accepted and the lineart is started there will be only a max of 3 changes can be done, after exceeding this limit each change will have an extra cost to add details that were not mentioned during the sketching phase.
🌸During the color stage you can ask for minor changes regarding the hue/color.
🌸You will receive WIPs during the whole process, at least one during each phase of the process.
🌸You must not post this WIPs anywhere!
🌸For Vtuber rigs I will need to see the psd file at the beginning to make sure everything is correct and ask for changes if not
DELIVERY
🌸Once the commission is finished you will receive a high resolution image in JPEG and PNG format as well as the watermark version.
🌸You are allowed to post the commissioned piece in your socials but you must keep my signature and credit me.
🌸The maximum period of time to deliver a commission is one month (2 months for vtubers), please allow this time to receive your commission. If I have any problem that may extend this time I will let you now ASAP.
